Description
Ingredients
- 14 Phyllo Cups, thawed
- 1 cup hummus, (hummus of choice)
- 1 large red bell pepper, (diced into small chunks)
- 1 small cucumber, (diced into small chunks)
- 1/4 cup feta, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon butter, unsalted and melted
Optional: Black olives (diced into small chunks), Red Onion (diced into small chunks), Scallions (diced into small chunks)
Instructions
- Brush your 14 Phyllo Cups with melted 1 teaspoon butter Then put your phyllo cups into the air fryer basket and set cook time for 2-3 minutes at 300 degrees F, air fryer setting. Remove when golden brown.
- Remove, let cool for about 5 minutes, and add the 1 cup hummus.
- Add the diced 1 small cucumber and 1 large red bell pepper on top of the hummus.
- Sprinkle the f1/4 cup feta on top.
