Description

Greek Hummus Phyllo Bites are easy, flavorful appetizers with crispy phyllo cups, creamy hummus, and fresh Mediterranean toppings—perfect for parties, holidays, and gatherings.

Ingredients 

  • 14 Phyllo Cups, thawed
  • 1 cup hummus, (hummus of choice)
  • 1 large red bell pepper,  (diced into small chunks)
  • 1 small cucumber,  (diced into small chunks)
  • 1/4 cup feta, crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon butter, unsalted and melted

Optional: Black olives (diced into small chunks), Red Onion (diced into small chunks), Scallions (diced into small chunks)

Instructions

  • Brush your 14 Phyllo Cups with melted 1 teaspoon butter Then put your phyllo cups into the air fryer basket and set cook time for 2-3 minutes at 300 degrees F, air fryer setting. Remove when golden brown.
  • Remove, let cool for about 5 minutes, and add the 1 cup hummus.
  • Add the diced 1 small cucumber and 1 large red bell pepper on top of the hummus.
  • Sprinkle the f1/4 cup feta on top.
