Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl mix 1 teaspoon rosemary, 1 teaspoon thyme, 1 teaspoon oregano1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon coriander, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and 2 tablespoons lemon juice in a Ziploc bag. Shake to combine.
- Then place the 1 pound lamb chops into the bag, and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Preheat air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F, for 3-5 minutes.
- After preheating, line air fryer basket with parchment paper insert.
- Place lamb chops in air fryer basket with at least 2 inches between each one.

Where is the garlic? I marinate overnight for the best flavor. I add a little olive oil and garlic to the marinade. I’m thinking I might sear in my cast iron first then out in AF.
