Description

Juicy lamb chops seasoned with fresh rosemary and garlic cook fast in the air fryer for a tender, flavorful, and foolproof dinner.

Ingredients 

  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 pound lamb chops

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl mix 1 teaspoon rosemary, 1 teaspoon thyme, 1 teaspoon oregano1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon coriander, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and 2 tablespoons lemon juice in a Ziploc bag. Shake to combine.
  • Then place the 1 pound lamb chops into the bag, and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  • Preheat air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F, for 3-5 minutes.
  • After preheating, line air fryer basket with parchment paper insert.
  • Place lamb chops in air fryer basket with at least 2 inches between each one.
  • Cook in air fryer for 15 minutes, flipping once. (or until a minimum internal temp of 135°F is reached)
  • Allow chops to rest for 3-4 minutes before serving.
