Air Fryer Cranberry Breakfast Cake Recipe Tips

  • Use fresh or thawed cranberries: If using frozen, thaw and pat dry to prevent excess moisture.
  • Don’t overmix the batter: Mix just until combined to keep the cake light and tender.
  • Grease the pan well: Prevents sticking and helps the cake release easily.
  • Check doneness early: Air fryer times vary—use a toothpick to ensure the center is cooked.
  • Cool slightly before slicing: Makes cutting easier and helps the cake hold its shape.
