- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
Cinnamon Sugar Topping:
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix the 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 large egg, 1/2 cup milk and melted 1/3 cup butter in a large mixing bowl.
- Spray your muffin tins with olive oil or non-stick cooking spray.
- Pour your batter into the muffin cavity about 2/3 way full.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix the 1/2 cup granulated sugar and 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon and then sprinkle on top of the muffins.
- Set the muffin pan into the air fryer basket, set cook time for12-15 minutes, at air fryer temperature of 320 degrees F, air fryer setting.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
