Air Fryer Buffalo and Blue Cheese Chicken is a great and delicious twist to traditional Buffalo Chicken! This is air-fried to perfection, loaded with so much flavor that you will be in love at first bite!
There is something magical about this dish! WIth the perfectly breaded chicken cutlet, topped with blue cheese, and on top, the buffalo sauce is smoothed on top! It tastes so good!

Ingredients Needed For Air Fryer Buffalo and Blue Cheese Chicken
- Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
- Mayonnaise
- Panko Bread Crumbs
- Italian Seasoning
- Poultry Seasoning
- Blue Cheese
- Diced Celery
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Buffalo Sauce
How To Make Air Fryer Buffalo and Blue Cheese Chicken
Start by cutting your breasts in half, and then use a mallet to thin your chicken. It will come out better if it’s thinner in the air fryer.
Then in a small bowl, mix the herbs and panko breadcrumbs. Add the mayonnaise to a resealable bag. Then place your chicken inside the bag, coating it on both sides. Then dip your coated chicken in the panko & herb mix.
As you coat the chicken with the panko mix, spray them generously with olive oil.
When you coat them, please place them in a greased (olive oil) basket or air fryer tray.
Set the temperature to 370 degrees F for 7 minutes. After 7 minutes, flip the chicken and air fry for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the chicken breast, followed by the blue cheese and diced celery.
Check the internal temperature after this, and make sure it’s at least 165 degrees F.
