This is a great recipe. This is my go-to recipe for making boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the air fryer. I have been making it all the time, it’s extremely versatile, very tasty and my entire family eats it. What’s better than that. One meal for the entire family, where everyone eats. You can either serve these as is or make a sauce to go on with it, today I made a simple lemon aioli sauce because my kids love dipping their food. (don’t most kids?)
These can be made and breaded ahead of time, so when you come home from work, errands, sports, etc., you can just flip them into the air fryer. I made them a variety of ways, the best thing to do, is to flatten the chicken with a mallet, so the thickness is about 1/2 inch thick. Of course, the thickness of the meat will determine the exact air frying time. I find that that makes the chicken more moist, and juicy.

Mix all of the ingredients for the Garlic Aoili Sauce.
Breading ingredients, together.
Rub the olive oil all over the chicken.
Then dredge it into the breading mixture.
Spray with your olive oil spray. Coat the chicken, otherwise, you will end up with dry/white patches.

- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4-5 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Start by making the sauce, mix all of the sauce ingredients, in a small bowl.
Then add the chicken to a large bowl and rub the olive oil over them.
Then in another bowl mix all of the breading ingredients into a small bowl, and then cover the chicken with the breading.
Then as you complete breading the chicken, place them in your air fryer basket. When all of the chicken is in the basket, spritz them with your spray.
Set the temperature to 350 degrees F, for 6 minutes. Then flip the chicken breasts, and spray again, and set for another 6 minutes.
Note: The exact time for the chicken will depend on your air fryer and the thickness of the chicken.
