Ok, so you are starting KETO or just looking for a kid-friendly breakfast. This is the perfect breakfast in the air fryer. And it hardly takes any time and best of all you don’t have to wash a hundred pans, just grab the muffin tin below, and you have a great and easy clean up for yourself.

If you make these splurge and get ramekins, (affiliate link) when I tried other containers they all failed. The silicone muffin tins, had the eggs flopping around, while they were air frying.
I did find this muffin tin, (affiliate link) which fit all of my air fryers since it was narrow enough, it fits both my GoWise, Secura, and of course my Omni (and Plus) and Vortex Plus.

This is a really easy breakfast, which you can make for a crowd. This dish does much better in a regular muffin tin, then silicone cups.
It’s KETO friendly, gluten-free, and paleo-friendly
- 4 pieces of bacon
- 4 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste (optional)
- In a muffin tin, place the bacon around the circular part, making a basket, with the bacon. Set in the air fryer at 400 degrees F (air fryer setting) for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, crack the egg into the center of the 1/2 air-fried bacon.
Set back into the air fryer for another 5 minutes.
- Plate, serve and enjoy!
