I love a great homemade breakfast sandwich, is there anything better? And when you are feeding two teens, there is seriously nothing that will keep them full, except for a lot of protein.

Today’s breakfast is no different since my kids could not decide on sausage or bacon. I made both, made some scrambled eggs, and melted it all together with the help of the air fryer.

Totally delicious.

In a skillet, make your scrambled eggs, remove from heat.

Spread butter over the bread, and set the bottom piece down on a trivet or a piece of parchment paper. Then place one piece of cheese down. Followed by the cooked sausage patty, scrambled eggs, another piece of cheese, and then the bacon. Place the last piece of toast down, and butter the top side.

Set into the air fryer for 5 minutes at 350 degrees F, air fryer setting, flipping, and air frying for another 2 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
