Air Fryer Peanut Butter & Jelly Streusel English Muffins Recipe Tips

  • Choose Your Muffins Wisely: Use fresh, soft English muffins for the best texture and flavor.
  • Customize Your Jam: Swap grape jelly for strawberry, raspberry, or any favorite fruit spread.
  • Streusel Tweak: Add a pinch of cinnamon or a few chopped nuts to the oat topping for extra flavor.
  • Watch the Air Fryer: Check muffins halfway to avoid over-browning, as ovens vary.
  • Serve Warm: These muffins are best enjoyed fresh from the air fryer for that gooey, melty perfection.
  • Make Ahead: Prepare the streusel mixture in advance to save time in the morning.
  • Fun Variations: Try swapping peanut butter for almond or cashew butter for a different nutty twist.

Storing, Freezing and Make Ahead Instructions

  • Storing: Let the muffins cool completely, then store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
  • Freezing: Wrap each muffin individually in plastic wrap or foil, place in a freezer-safe bag, and freeze for up to 1 month.
  • Make Ahead: Prepare the streusel mixture and spread peanut butter and jelly on the muffins in advance, then store in the fridge. When ready, air fry for 5 minutes to warm and melt everything together.
