  • Then, add the soy sauce, honey, rice wine (mirin), and sesame oil.
  • Then grate some fresh ginger.
  • Mix it all well in the bag and place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes, remove them from the refrigerator and place the drumsticks in the air fryer basket.
  • Set the temperature to 370 degrees F.
  • Set the time for 14 minutes.
  • After 14 minutes, flip and set the time for another 14 minutes.
