Here are the simple steps for making baked apple air fryer oatmeal:
Prepare Apple Mixture: Peel and dice apples into small pieces. Place diced apple, cinnamon, brown sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl and mix.
Air Fry: Place mixture in an oven-safe dish and cover with foil. Air Fry covered in the air fryer at air fryer temperature of 350 degrees F, (175 degrees C) with a cook time of 12-15 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes.
Prepare The Topping: Meanwhile, stir together rolled oats, walnuts, cinnamon, allspice, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in another bowl. Next, stir in milk, egg, maple syrup, and vanilla extract and mix until ingredients are well combined.
Add The Topping: Once the apple has cooked, pour it into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Divide the mixture evenly into three ramekins.
Air Fry: Add the ramekin in the air fryer at 320 degrees F or 160 degrees C, with a cook time of 8-10 minutes until the top is golden. Allow 5 minutes to cool before serving.

Apple Mixture:
- 1 large apple
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
Oatmeal Mixture:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup walnuts, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk, any type
- 1 large egg
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
