- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 6 tablespoons butter, diced into 1-inch pieces
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, mix the f2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and 2 teaspoons baking powder.
- Then mix in the 6 tablespoons butter, 2 large eggs, 3/4 cup heavy cream, and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract mix well.
- Fold in the 2 cups mini chocolate chips, mix well until they are well distributed.
- Generously spray your scone pan (either one you are using) with olive oil.
- Fill the pan with the batter. Make sure to get the corners. Press well.
