Looking for restaurant-quality food with little to no effort? Look no further than this Ninja Foodi osso buco! The tender beef is complimented by a blend of hearty vegetables and a savory stew-like sauce.

Osso buco has been viewed as an extravagant meal for a long time. Since beef shank can be tricky to work with, many people avoid using it at home. However, my Ninja Foodi Osso Buco Recipe takes a lot of the complexity out of cooking beef shank. All you have to do is sear it and let the pressure cooker do the rest.
My favorite thing about this recipe is how easy it is to make. The pressure cooker takes all the work out of making this restaurant-quality recipe without compromising on flavor. Serve your beef with a side of mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, or a side salad to take it to the next level!

Ninja Foodi Beef Osso Buco Recipe Faqs
What can I use if I can’t find beef shanks? Depending on where you live, the time of year, and a plethora of other reasons, it might be a little hard to find beef shanks at your local grocery store. If you can’t get your hands on any then you can use a chuck roast or top loin roast instead. Just cut your roast into a few pieces and proceed as you normally would.
How do I know that my beef is done cooking? Luckily the pressure cooker takes most of the guessing out of this question. As long as you set your pressure cooker to cook for one hour on high heat you won’t have to worry about whether or not your beef is done cooking. Once the pressure is released, you beef should be tender and easy to shred with a fork.
What To Serve With Ninja Foodi Osso Buco
If you want to be traditional, you’ll want to serve your osso buco over a bed of mashed potatoes. The buttery, creamy mashed potatoes pair perfectly with the savory osso buco. Other sides you can try out include roasted asparagus, a simple side salad, or an air fried blend of veggies like sweet potatoes, bell peppers, and cauliflower. We like to go light on the sides since this dish is so rich and filling on its own.

Storing
You can store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days in an airtight container. To reheat your leftovers, place them in a glass baking dish and cook them at 325°F for 30 minutes, or until your beef reaches an internal temperature of at least 120°F.
