How to Make Loaded Ninja Foodi Potatoes

Step One: Place the diced potatoes in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, then add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, minced onions, and Bacon Chipotle Seasoning. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.

Step Two: Transfer the seasoned potatoes to the Ninja Foodi crisper basket. If using another air fryer, place them in an air fryer–safe baking dish.
Step Three: Set the air fryer to 370°F and cook for 15–20 minutes using the air fryer or air crisp setting. Stir the potatoes several times during cooking to ensure even browning. When the potatoes are cooked, add the cheese on top and set the time for another 2 minutes. As soon as the cheese is melted, remove the pan from the air fryer.
Step Four: Potatoes are done when they’re fork-tender—slide a fork in, and if it goes in easily, they’re ready to serve.

Loaded Ninja Foodi Potatoes Recipe Tips
- Cut potatoes evenly so they cook at the same rate and crisp properly.
- Don’t overcrowd the basket—spread the potatoes in a single layer for best browning.
- Stir often during cooking to avoid hot spots and uneven crisping.
- Add toppings at the end so cheese melts without burning.
- Want extra crispy potatoes? Cook a few extra minutes and stir once more.
Storing Instructions
- Refrigerator: Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
- Reheating: Reheat in the Ninja Foodi or air fryer at 350°F until warmed and crisp.
- Freezing: Plain cooked potatoes freeze well for up to 2 months; add toppings after reheating for best texture.

I LOVE restaurant home fries and this was the closest thing to them!! The neatest thing is that you can add as much or as little of the ingredients as you want! I did this recipe in my Ninja Foodi (I’m not sure how they would turn out in a regular air fryer). 5 Star for sure for this recipe….and hubby really liked them also, so double 5 Star!! 🙂
