Step One: Place the diced potatoes in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, then add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, minced onions, and Bacon Chipotle Seasoning. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.

Step Two: Transfer the seasoned potatoes to the Ninja Foodi crisper basket. If using another air fryer, place them in an air fryer–safe baking dish.

Step Three: Set the air fryer to 370°F and cook for 15–20 minutes using the air fryer or air crisp setting. Stir the potatoes several times during cooking to ensure even browning. When the potatoes are cooked, add the cheese on top and set the time for another 2 minutes. As soon as the cheese is melted, remove the pan from the air fryer.

Ingredients 

  • 3 large Russet potatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon minced onions
  • 2 teaspoons Bacon Chipotle Seasoning, or steak seasoning

Toppings: Sour Cream, Diced Scallions (green onions), cooked bacon, chives, etc.

Instructions

  • Place the diced 3 large Russet potatoes in a large bowl, then drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil and add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper,1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon minced onions, and 2 teaspoons Bacon Chipotle Seasoning Toss everything together until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  • ransfer the seasoned potato mixture into the Ninja Foodi crisper basket. If using a different air fryer, place the mixture in an air fryer–safe baking dish instead.
  • Place the basket in the Ninja Foodi and cook at 370°F for 15–20 minutes on the air fryer or crisp setting, stirring several times with a spoon to ensure the potatoes brown evenly.
  • Once the potatoes are cooked, sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from the air fryer as soon as the cheese has melted.
  • Drizzle with the sour cream, and add your favorite toppings.
