Description

Loaded Ninja Foodi Potatoes cooked crispy on the outside, tender inside, topped with cheese, bacon, and sour cream. Perfect for a quick side dish, game day snack, or family dinner.

Ingredients 

  • 3 large Russet potatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon minced onions
  • 2 teaspoons Bacon Chipotle Seasoning, or steak seasoning

Toppings: Sour Cream, Diced Scallions (green onions), cooked bacon, chives, etc.

Instructions

  • Place the diced 3 large Russet potatoes in a large bowl, then drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil and add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper,1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon minced onions, and 2 teaspoons Bacon Chipotle Seasoning Toss everything together until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  • ransfer the seasoned potato mixture into the Ninja Foodi crisper basket. If using a different air fryer, place the mixture in an air fryer–safe baking dish instead.
  • Place the basket in the Ninja Foodi and cook at 370°F for 15–20 minutes on the air fryer or crisp setting, stirring several times with a spoon to ensure the potatoes brown evenly.
  • Once the potatoes are cooked, sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from the air fryer as soon as the cheese has melted.
  • Drizzle with the sour cream, and add your favorite toppings.
