Add the wine, water, and garlic to your Instant Pot mix together.
Add your clams on top of your Instant Pot Steamer Basket. Set the manual high pressure for 4 minutes and quick release when the timer beeps.

If you have any clams leftover, place them into an airtight container and place them into the refrigerator. They will last about 3 to 5 days.
You can not freeze cooked clams with great results; they will become waterlogged and rubbery upon thawing.
