Today, I made a great and easy meal for my family, I love a great one-pot meal, and with the Air Fryer, I quickly made the shrimp while the pasta was boiling on the stove, and then tossed the two together, and came up with my version of Garlic Parmesan Shrimp Pasta!

This will be a time saver as we approach fall and everyone goes back to school. This is amazing! I also substituted the olive oil, for great butter, for a great and luxurious dish!

Garlic Parmesan Shrimp

One of the most popular dishes in Italian culture is Preamn; there is chicken, veal, eggplant, and many more. So today, I added a twist to a simple Garlic Parmesan Shrimp dish and prepared it in the Air Fryer; so easy and so good.

While most of my shrimp recipes have olive oil, I went with butter today, which was amazing. This gave a great sauce when I mixed it with the pasta.

  • Shrimp
  • Butter
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Minced Garlic
  • Lemon Juice
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How To Make Garlic Parmesan Air-Fried Shrimp Recipe

Bowl Full of Shrimp, Lemon Juice, Butter, Parsley, Salt and Black Pepper

In a large bowl, mix the shrimp, butter, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, parsley, and lemon juice.

Transfer the shrimp mixture to the Air Fryer Basket, and air fry for 5-7 minutes at 350 degrees F, air fryer setting.

Can I use frozen shrimp?

This recipe is perfect for frozen shrimp. Just toss with the other ingredients, and it will cook up perfectly.

The only advice I would give you is that I would toss it frequently during the cooking process.

Should I leave tails on or take them off?

This is a personal decision; they will air-fry up the same way. If I am serving this as an appetizer, I leave them on. If I am serving them as part of a meal with my children, I remove them.

They will cook at the same time, for tails on or tails-off.

Can you steam shrimp in an air fryer?

You can not really steam shrimp in the Air Fyre. If you have frozen shrimp, follow the directions above.

The exact time will depend on your air fryer and how many shrimp are in your basket. Remember to shake the basket frequently.

Can you cook popcorn shrimp in an air fryer?

Yes, you can cook any food in the oven in the Air Fryer; for best results, if the popcorn shrimp is frozen, keep it frozen.

Assuming that the shrimp is fully cooked, Air fryer for 5-7 minutes at 400 degrees F, air fryer setting.

What is the internal temperature of shrimp when fully cooked?

The USDA guidelines for shrimp perfectly cooked is to cook until the flesh is pearly or white and opaque.

  • 1 pound Shrimp, thawed or frozen
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • Optional: Pasta, cooked, Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions
