Ingredients Needed

- Sugar Cookie Dough: You can use your favorite sugar cookie mix recipe or prepared sugar dough, which is sold in the refrigerator section of your local grocery store.
- Cream Cheese: You can either use low-fat or full-fat cream cheese.
- Granulated Sugar: You can also use a sugar alternative, like Splenda.

- Fresh Fruit: Use any fruit that is in season, such as strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, or even raspberries.
How To Make Air Fryer Sugar Fruit Pizza

Step 1: Spray a small pizza pan with cooking spray. Spread half of the cookie dough onto the pizza pan.

Step 2: Place the pan in your air fryer basket and cook on the air fry setting for 8-12 minutes at 320 degrees F or until the dough is golden brown. Repeat steps 1-2 with the remaining cookie dough.

Step 3: Allow the cookie dough crusts to cool completely. While the crusts are cooling, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth and creamy. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over each crust.

Step 4: Arrange your sliced fruit on top of the cream cheese mixture.

Easy Air Fryer Sugar Fruit Pizza Recipe Tips
- Use a lightly greased pan: Spray your air fryer pan with cooking spray or line with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Evenly spread the dough: Flatten the cookie dough in the pan for uniform thickness and even cooking.
- Don’t overcook: Check the cookie base a few minutes before the timer ends; it should be golden brown, not dark.
- Cool completely before frosting: Let the cookie crust cool fully to prevent the cream cheese frosting from melting.
- Use fresh, colorful fruit: Choose a mix of berries, kiwi, or mango for a vibrant, visually appealing topping.
- Slice with a warm knife: Wiping the knife clean between cuts makes serving easier and keeps slices neat.
Storing, Freezing and Make Ahead Instructions
- Storing: Store the baked and frosted sugar fruit pizza in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days to keep the frosting and fruit fresh.
- Freezing: Freeze the unfrosted cookie crust separately in a freezer-safe container or bag for up to 2 months. Thaw completely before adding frosting and fruit.
- Make Ahead: You can prepare the cookie crust and frosting a day in advance, then assemble with fresh fruit just before serving for the best texture and flavor.
