Air Fryer, Stuffed Breakfast Bombs, With Eggs and Bacon

This is a really easy way to serve breakfast to the family. Change this recipe out, and you have a variety of options.



  • 1 cup scrambled eggs
  • 1/2 cup crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 package refrigerator biscuits
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a small bowl, mix together the scrambled eggs, cooked bacon, and shredded Cheddar Cheese.
  2. Add a couple of tablespoons of mixture to the biscuit, just place it in the center.
  3. Either use another biscuit and sealed it or wrap the biscuit on itself, and seal the edges, by pressing firmly. Place on the air fryer tray or the air fryer basket (both sprayed with olive oil, so they don’t stick)
  4. Set the temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 5 minutes.
  5. Plate, serve and enjoy!
