How To Make Air Fryer Pull Apart Pizza Bread

Step One: Start by cutting the biscuits into pieces, about 1 inch.

Step Two: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cut biscuit dough, pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, olive oil, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Stir until all the dough is evenly coated, then transfer the mixture to a greased air fryer–safe pan. Place in the air fryer and cook at 330°F for 12–15 minutes.
Step Three: Make sure the biscuit dough is completely cooked before taking it out of the air fryer. If it’s still undercooked, stir the mixture and cook a little longer until golden and fully baked.

Air Fryer Pull Apart Pizza Bread Recipe Tips
- Use fresh, cold biscuit dough for best texture.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer pan; leave space for even cooking.
- Customize toppings with your favorite pizza ingredients like sausage, bell peppers, or olives.
