Air Fryer, Pepperoni Pizza Crescent Rolls

Filled or stuffed crescents they are an amazing combination, quick to make and delicious to eat. I run a great group of air fryer fanatics and we pride ourselves on quick and delicious food, after all, that is why most of us purchased an air fryer. Today, I am making my kids an easy treat, Air Fryer Pepperoni Pizza Crescent Rolls.

So, I today I am starting my series on stuffed crescents, I asked the group, last week, what do you stuff your crescents with? They responded by the hundreds, so I have plenty of ideas to keep me busy.

If you are not keen on the store-bought dough, you can easily make your own crescent dough.

Here are the Simple Ingredients You Need, for Making Pizza Stuffed Crescent Rolls,

  • 1 package crescent dough
  • 8 slices of pepperoni
  • 3 cheese sticks, cut into thirds
  • 1 cup warm pizza sauce, for dipping

And Here Are The Simple Directions,

Start by laying out your crescent rolls on a flat surface, I typically use a cutting board.

Then place a pepperoni slice down and place a cheese stick (I cut mine up in thirds, which fit the dough well)

Place them in either the air fryer basket or tray (both greased with olive oil, so they don’t stick)

Set the temperature to 320 degrees F, for 5 minutes.

Plate, serve, and enjoy!

These make for an amazing lunch or snack. They have all of the same flavors as a regular pepperoni pizza but with about half the time of making a regular pizza.

Other Cheese That Can Be Used On These Rolls–

If you do not find yourself with shredded mozzarellas, another great idea would be grated or shredded Parmesan cheese.
