Last week, I made this amazing batch of crispy pepperoni chips, both my husband and I couldn’t stop eating them, they ware great if i you are KETo and looking for something crispy to crunch on, Then this week there was much debate if you could do the oven version of this cheese crackers in the air fryer, and guess what, it’s so easy, that anyone can do it, and it takes less than 10 minutes.
Recipe for Pepperoni Chips
Here is how you do it,
Start off by purchasing the thin cheese at the grocery store, today I opted for thin sliced cheddar cheese, and sliced it into quarters, and then placed it on the air fryer tray.
Then I did a batch of both the pepperoni and cheese slices.
Don’t let the appearance scare you, once it hardens up, it’s ready to eat. I used a BBQ mat, which I love, but if you don’t have one, use parchment paper.

These are a really easy snack, for KETO friendly diets. They can be used as a chip or cracker, depending on what you are doing. If you want to keep them fresh, just remember to place them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- 1 package ultra-thin cheese (any kind)
- air fryer
-
Use the ultra-thin for these chips.
-
Cut them into squares (one piece of cheese will give you 4 crackers)
-
Place them on either a parchment-lined air fryer basket or tray.
-
Set the temperature to 350 degrees F for 5 minutes (air frying setting)
-
Let cool, before removing, as they will harden up.
-
Plate, serve and enjoy!
So glad I came across this recipe!! Just one question, do you let them cool in the airfryer or out of the airfryer before removing them from the paper or tray?
i let them cool, before removing.
How do you keep the cheese and the pepperoni from flying around?
