Air Fryer Jam Tarts Recipe Faqs

Can I use homemade jam? Yes! Homemade or store-bought jam both work great—just avoid runny ones that may overflow.

What kind of crust works best? Refrigerated pie crust is ideal, but puff pastry or biscuit dough can also be used for a different texture.

How long do I air fry the tarts? Typically 5–7 minutes at 320°F, but check often to prevent burning.

Can I make these in advance? Yes, you can prepare and store them ahead, then reheat briefly before serving.

Do I need to grease the molds or air fryer basket? If not using liners or molds, a light spray of oil helps prevent sticking.
