Ingredients Needed For Air Fryer Italian Meatball and Biscuit Bake
- Meatballs
- Buttermilk Biscuits
- Marinara Sauce
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
How To Make Air Fryer Italian Meatball and Biscuit Bake
Start with defrosted meatballs. Or if you are using homemade, just use room temperature meatballs.
Then cut your biscuit dough into about 1-inch pieces.
In a large bowl, combine the meatballs, cut-up biscuit dough and sauce. Mix well, so all of the biscuits and meatballs are covered with sauce. Pour the meatball/biscuit/pasta sauce into a greased air fryer pan (if it is oven safe it is usually air fryer safe)
Place the pan into the air fryer, and set the temperature to 340 degrees F, for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, check and see if the dough is cooked if not add another few minutes. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top, after you have determined that the biscuits are cooked, and just set it for about a minute, or just stand near the air fryer and once the cheese is melted, remove from the air fryer.
