Air Fryer Everything Bagel Bread — Do you enjoy everything bagels? For those who have a sweet tooth, this bread is for you!
An air fryer is a kitchen appliance that uses hot air to circulate the food and cook it for those who don’t know.
It’s similar to baking in an oven, except it requires less oil and calories. I recently bought one for myself and have been trying new recipes with it ever since!
I thought about how delicious everything bagels are, so I decided to try them for sandwiches instead of traditional sandwich bread. The result turned out so good!
If you have never made homemade bread, it’s super simple, and this is the perfect recipe to start with! But if you become addicted to baking in the Air Fryer, here are some of my favorite recipes, AIR FRYER DINNER ROLLS, AIR FRYER SOFT DINNER ROLLS, AIR FRYER GRILLED PANZANELLA SALAD, and AIR FRYER COPYCAT DOMINO’S BREAD TWISTS.
What Is Everything Bagel Bread?
What is everything, bagel bread? It’s a type of bread with the flavors of an everything bagel. The best thing about this recipe is that you can make it with any flour, so you don’t need to be gluten-free for this one! You’ll find all sorts of ingredients here, like poppy seeds, sesame seeds, caraway seeds, and sea salt. This will make your house smell amazing while baking too.
Ingredients Needed For Air Fryer Everything Bagel Bread
- Water
- Granulated Sugar
- Active Dry Yeast
- Milk
- Salt
- Vegetable Oil
- All-Purpose Flour
- Butter
- Everything But The Bagel Seasoning Mix
How To Make Air Fryer Everything Bagel Bread
Start by adding the water, granulated sugar, and yeast to a small bowl. Wait for about 10 minutes for the yeast to get foamy.
Once the yeast has been activated, add the milk, salt, and vegetable oil. Fold in the flour and Everything But The Bagel Seasoning Mix. Mix well. Continue to mix until you have a dough ball.
Remove the dough ball, and knead for a few minutes on a lightly floured surface. Spray a bowl with cooking spray, and then add your dough. Cover with saran wrap, and wait for about an hour or until it has doubled in size.
Remove the dough from the bowl, and place it into a greased mini loaf pan; depending on the size of the pans, you will either get 3 or 4 loaves. Cover with saran wrap for another 30 minutes.
Then set the loaf pans into the air fryer, brush with melted butter, and air fry at 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 10 to 12 minutes.
DO I HAVE TO USE A STAND MIXER?
I usually use my Kitchen Aid Mixer for most of my baking, making it easy to fold in all ingredients. But you can make this by hand if you do not have a stand mixer.
ALL-PURPOSE VS. BREAD FLOUR
Bread flour and all-purpose flour are different, but you can use them interchangeably in many recipes. Bread flour is made of wheat with a high protein content (about 12%), and it’s often called “high gluten” because it has more gluten than other flour.
All-purpose flour usually contains about 10% protein, so you will probably need to add some vital wheat gluten or bread flour if you want your baked goods to have a nice chewy texture and good crust.
WHY IS MY DOUGH THE WRONG CONSISTENCY?
I have the same question. I’ve been baking for years, and it still happens to me occasionally. The dough will be too dry, sticky, or just not what you’re expecting. When this happens to me, I typically figure out where I went wrong in my process by looking at a few things: did the yeast activate correctly? Did I add enough flour? Did I mix it long enough?
Sometimes all of these factors are perfect, and there is a simple explanation – maybe your water was hotter than usual, so you needed more flour or less time in the air fryer.
HOW SHOULD I STORE THE BREAD ONCE IT IS MADE?
The question of how to store bread is one that many bakers ask themselves. There are two types of bread stored at room temperature and stored in the fridge.
If you have a loaf of bread made with egg-based dough, it should be refrigerated to prevent spoilage. Bread without eggs can be stored on the counter or in the freezer for up to three months without spoiling. The best way to freeze bread is by wrapping tightly with plastic wrap before placing it in a ziplock bag or airtight container for no more than three months.

I have made this before and we loved the bread. I want to make a bigger loaf for Easter breakfast so how much time would it take in a regular size loaf and what oven temperature would work

I haven’t made in a long time in the oven, but bake at 330 degrees F, and bake until it’s cooked, I think it will take between 30-50 minutes.
