Description

This is such a great way to use an air fryer, today I used the Ninja Grill, which I use for a lot of my stir fry meals. It’s so healthy and so easy.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 16 ounces frozen vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

 


Instructions

  1. Start by cutting the chicken into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Allow the air fryer to heat up, and then add the sesame poi. Once the sesame oil has heated up, add the chicken.
  3. Air Fry for 7 minutes at 370 degrees F, use tongs to flip the chicken about 1/2 way done.
  4. Add your frozen vegetablesm Italian seasoning and minced garlic and continue to cook for about 5 minutes, more.
  5. Plate, serve and enjoy!
