Pour the marinade into a large plastic bag, and place the steak, red onion, and bell pepper in it. Seal and then put in the refrigerator to marinate overnight (or at least a few hours)

What kind of meat do you use for kabobs?

The most tender and best quality beef or meat for kabobs is fillet mignon. They are the leanest, usually require no marinating, and are not tough when cooked in the air fryer.

Some other great options are rib eyes, sirloin, and top sirloin.

Is stew meat good for kabobs?

Although stew meat is very inexpensive e, it’s not the best cut of meat for a tender kebab. They are usually tougher than other cuts of meat.

Stew meat is always cheaper than other cuts of meat because stew meat is chuck or round, which has lots of tough connective tissue.

What goes with kabobs?

What doesn’t go with kabobs? Steak, of course. You can serve them with grilled veggies and baked potatoes or sweet potato fries to make a fantastic meal! Here are some side dishes that would be perfect for your next kebab dinner!
