Air Fryer Crustless Blueberry Pie is an amazing dessert! There is nothing better than summer with fresh berries!
While this looks amazing and ready to eat, it only took up minutes with the help of my air fryer. What you get is a take on a blueberry pie!
I love baking in my air fryer, it’s easy, and it’s quick, and the baked goods come out amazing, light, fluffy, and perfectly baked! And it’s simple!
This recipe is no different, if you have made blueberry muffins, you can totally make this recipe, it is just as simple.

Ingredients Needed For Air Fryer Crustless Blueberry Pie
- Granulated Sugar
- All-Purpose Flour
- Ground Cinnamon
- Pure Vanilla Extract
- Fresh Blueberries
How To Make Air Fryer Crustless Blueberry Pie
In a large mixing bowl, mix the sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, butter, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well, fold in the blueberries.
Pour the batter into a prepared pie tart pan or any air fryer-safe pan. (Be careful of the thickness of the pan. Otherwise, it will not bake inside)
Set the pan into the air fryer basket or oven, for 19 minutes at 320 degrees F, air fryer setting.
FRESH OR FROZEN BLUEBERRIES?
I have tried this recipe 2x, one with fresh blueberries and another time with frozen blueberries. I have found that frozen berries do not work well, as they get the dough too wet, and it turns colors (the batter), so you end up with a blue cake.
If you only have frozen blueberries, add them frozen. The color will be ok, but for best results, use fresh blueberries.
Do I Have to Use a Pie Plate?
For the best results for any baking in the Air Fryer, I would highly suggest that you use a thin PIE PLATE, thin being the keyword.
