  • 1  pound boneless, skinless, chicken tenders
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of flour (any type)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups crushed cornflakes
  • Olive Oil Spray


  1. Spray your air fryer basket with olive oil spray.
  2. Preheat your air fryer at 350 degrees F for 5 minutes, air fryer setting.
  3. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix the egg, milk, flour, salt, and black pepper.
  4. In another mixing bowl, pour the cornflakes.
  5. Take your chicken tender and dip it into the wet batter, and then into the cornflakes. Press the cornflakes onto the chicken so it’s fully covered.
  6. Set the coated chicken tenders into the air fryer basket, spraying them with olive oil, and then set the timer for 5 minutes.
  7. Flip, spray again, and air fry for another 3 to 5 minutes.
  8. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
