👩‍🍳 How To Make Homemade Dunkin’ Donut Munchkins (Using Biscuit Dough) in the Air Fryer

Place the dough into the air fryer basket.

Step 1: Separate the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters. Roll each piece into a small ball to form your Munchkins.

Step 2: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil or line it with parchment paper.

Dip the munchkins in the melted butter.

Step 3: Place the dough balls in a single layer in the basket, leaving space between each one. Lightly spray the tops with oil to help them crisp up.

Step 4: Air fry temperature at 350 degrees F set cook time for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.

Step 5: While warm, roll in butter, and then cinnamon sugar, powdered sugar, or drizzle with glaze.

Roll the donuts in the cinnamon sugar mixture.

🍩 Dunkin’ Donut Munchkins Recipe Tips

👐 Roll dough evenly – Keeping the balls uniform ensures even cooking.
🌪️ Don’t overcrowd the air fryer – Space allows for proper air circulation and crispiness.
🛢️ Light oil spray helps browning – Especially useful in the air fryer for a golden finish.
❄️ Coat while warm – Cinnamon sugar and powdered sugar stick best right after cooking.
🍯 Glaze extras – For a classic donut shop vibe, dip cooled Munchkins in a simple glaze!

Storing, Freezing & Reheating

  • 🧊 Storing: Store leftover Munchkins in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. For longer freshness, keep them in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • ❄️ Freezing: Freeze cooked and cooled Munchkins in a freezer-safe bag for up to 2 months. Reheat directly from frozen for a quick treat.
  • 🔥 Reheating: Reheat Munchkins in the air fryer at 300°F for 2–3 minutes until warm. Avoid microwaving if you want to keep the outside slightly crisp.
