Yesterday, I made bacon and egg cups, and I had a package of Canadian bacon in my refrigerator and I thought, why not. This actually turned out really good, that I ended up making two batches, one for my kids who were walking by and saw them and thought oh cool, the eggs were still warm and gooey. If you want them hard-boiled just air fry them for a couple of minutes more. This is the perfect breakfast, and KETO friendly

Air Fryer, Canadian Bacon Egg Cups (KETO Friendly)
This is a really easy egg dish, wrapped in a a piece of Canadian bacon. This is a KETO friendly breakfast, and really easy to make. It will soon become a family favorite.

- 4 pieces of Canadian bacon
- 4 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- Line your muffin tin with a piece of Canadian Bacon.
- Crack an egg in the enter of the bacon. Then just set the muffin tin in the air fryer, 330 degrees F, for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, check and see if the egg is done if you want it hard-boiled, add a couple of minutes.
- Plate, serve and enjoy!
