How To Make Air Fryer Breaded Scallops

Three shallow bowls filled with flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned panko mixture for breading scallops.

Step One: Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F and lightly grease the air fryer basket or air fryer tray.

Step Two: Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with lightly beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of potato flakes, panko crumbs, oregano, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Step Three: Arrange the breaded scallops in the air fryer basket or tray in a single layer. Set cook time for 4-6 minutes until golden and crispy. Flip the scallops and continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until fully cooked through.

Step Four: Remove from the air fryer and repeat the process with the remaining scallops. Serve with tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
