- All-Purpose Flour

Start by cutting your potatoes into wedges, about 1/2 inch thick. Then, add the milk and egg to one bowl, and whisk together. In another bowl, mix the flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and garlic salt; mix well.
Spray your air fryer basket with olive oil spray.
Dip your wedges into the egg/milk mixture and then place them into the flour mixture. Toss until coated.
As you coat the potato wedge, place them into the air fryer basket, be careful not to overcrowd the basket.
