Description

Make crispy, golden-brown KFC-style potato wedges at home with this easy air fryer recipe! Perfectly seasoned and healthier than deep-fried, these wedges are a family favorite.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Russet Potatoes
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Start by cutting your potatoes into wedges, about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Then in one bowl, add the milk and egg, whisk together. Mix the flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and garlic salt in another bowl. Mix well.
  • Spray your air fryer basket with olive oil spray.
  • Dip your wedges into the egg/milk mixture and then place them into the flour mixture. Toss until coated.
  • As you coat the potato wedge, place them into the air fryer basket, be careful not to overcrowd the basket.
  • Spray your coated potato wedges with olive oil spray. Set the basket into the air fryer and set the temperature to 360 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 16 minutes, flipping and spraying the potato wedges halfway during the cooking process.

Equipment

  • Cooking Spray
  • Parchment Paper, optional
