- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Serve With: Melted chocolate, or maple syrup
Instructions
- Start by lining your air fryer basket with parchment paper, then spray your parchment paper with cooking spray. (No preheating required)
- In a large bowl, add your pancake batter ingredients. Whisk the 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 3/4 cup milk, 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 large eggs and 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
