  • 3 large bananas, sliced horizontally

Pancake Batter:

  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Serve With: Melted chocolate, or maple syrup

Instructions

  • Start by lining your air fryer basket with parchment paper, then spray your parchment paper with cooking spray. (No preheating required)
  • In a large bowl, add your pancake batter ingredients. Whisk the 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 3/4 cup milk, 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 large eggs and 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
  • Then slice your 3 large bananas horizontally and dip them into the pancake batter. As you coat the bananas, place them onto the parchment paper.
