Make these Air Fryer Banana Pancake Dippers in under 15 minutes! Crispy on the outside, soft and naturally sweet inside, perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients
3largebananas, sliced horizontally
Pancake Batter:
1 1/2cupall-purpose flour
1tablespoonbaking powder
2tablespoonsbrown sugar
1teaspoonsalt
3/4cupmilk
1/2cupsour cream
2largeeggs
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
Serve With: Melted chocolate, or maple syrup
Instructions
Start by lining your air fryer basket with parchment paper, then spray your parchment paper with cooking spray. (No preheating required)
In a large bowl, add your pancake batter ingredients. Whisk the 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 3/4 cup milk, 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 large eggs and 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
Then slice your 3 large bananas horizontally and dip them into the pancake batter. As you coat the bananas, place them onto the parchment paper.
Set the air fryer temperature to 350 degrees F, air fryer setting, and set cook time for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway, cook until they are golden brown.
