- Eggs
- Butter
- Crescent Rolls
- Garlic Powder
- Bacon (Cooked)
- Salt & Black Pepper
How To Make Air Fryer Bacon & Cheese Stuffed Crescent Rolls
In a skillet, over medium heat, melt butter and cook eggs until all cooks. Seasoned with salt and pepper to your liking. Open the croissant can and unroll the dough, separating each triangle. Sprinkles some garlic powder on each triangle.
Add one teaspoon of shredded cheese, bacon bits, and cooked eggs.
Spread on the wider piece of the triangle and roll each croissant starting at the wider part towards the point.
Cook in the air fryer on manual setting on 300 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 10-11 minutes or until nice and golden
Pro Tips:
- Brush some melted butter on top, and then sprinkle some seasonings for the best flavor.
- Spray your basket with cooking spray before you add them. Otherwise, they may stick.
- If you find that your crescent dough sticks, you may want to use a piece of parchment paper to prevent this.
- These are best served hot.
Variations
This recipe is so great because you can change it out for your favorites, some great suggestions:
- Cheese: Gouda, Mozzarella, Cheddar, etc.
- Meat: Ground Sausage, Chorizo, Diced Cooked Ham, etc.
- Seasonings: Omit the garlic powder or use onion powder instead
How To Store
These are a great make-ahead breakfast, and they store rather well by adding them to an airtight container or Ziploc Bag, where they will last for about 1 to 2 days.
To reheat them, place them into the microwave, or place them into the air fryer at 300 degrees F, air fryer setting, and heat until warmed up.
What Can I Serve These With?
You can serve these with nothing but a hot cup of coffee (for the adults) or a hot cup of hot chocolate, and they make a great and filling breakfast.
I usually serve these with a fresh bowl of fruit.
