Pro Tips

Here are some pro tips to ensure your Air Fryer Caramel Brownies turn out perfect every time:

  • Choose the Right Pan: Use an oven-safe baking pan that fits comfortably inside your air fryer basket. A square or rectangular pan with low sides works best for even cooking and easy removal of the brownies.
  • Grease the Pan: Grease the baking pan generously with cooking spray or butter to prevent the brownies from sticking. This ensures easy removal and clean edges.
  • Evenly Distribute Caramel Sauce: Drizzle the caramel evenly over the batter when layering the brownie batter and caramel sauce. This ensures that every bite of the brownies has a delicious caramel flavor.
  • Create a Marbled Effect: Gently swirling the caramel sauce into the brownie batter with a knife or toothpick creates a beautiful marbled effect. Be careful not to overmix; you want distinct layers of caramel and brownie.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer before adding the brownie batter. Preheating ensures even cooking and helps the brownies bake to perfection.
  • Check for Doneness: Towards the end of the cooking time, watch the brownies. The edges should be set, and a toothpick inserted into the center should come out with moist crumbs, not wet batter.
  • Cool Completely: Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before slicing and serving. This helps them set properly and ensures clean, neat slices.
  • Store Properly: Store any leftover brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2-3 days. You can also freeze them for longer storage. To thaw frozen brownies, simply let them come to room temperature before serving or briefly reheat them in the air fryer.

By following these pro tips, you’ll achieve perfect Air Fryer Caramel Brownies that are sure to impress!
