If you are a chocolate lover like me, these Air Fryer Chocolate Fudge Brownies are the perfect dessert for you.
The inside is filled to the brim with chocolate and they are topped with a thick chocolate frosting.
If you have no baked in the air fryer the key is really the pan. You need to choose one that is not too thick. I personally ordered a bunch off of Amazon, to find out which one worked the best, and below are my suggestions.
Air Fryer Chocolate Fudge Brownies
Brownie Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup flour
Frosting Ingredients:
- 5 tablespoons melted butter
- 5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Simple Brownie Directions:
- Start by melting the butter (I used a microwave-safe bowl) and microwaved it until melted.
- Mix in the chocolate chips.
- Stir until the chocolate chips are melted.
- Mix in the unsweetened cocoa powder.
- Add in the sugar.
- Add the rest of the ingredients in.
- Mix well.
- Spread into an air fryer safe pan, and bake at 320 degrees f, for 25 minutes.
- Let cool, before you frost the brownies.
- Then plate, serve, and enjoy!
Simple Frosting Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, mix together all of the ingredients and mix until smooth.

I believe strongly that with the right pan, you can bake anything in the air fryer. My advice is always to use a pan that is not too thick. Otherwise, the air that is circulating around your air fryer will never get to the inside. Which is why a lot of people have problems baking in the air fryer.
