Air Fryer Gluten-Free Brownies. These are really great and do not even taste gluten-free.
As most of my loyal readers know, my oldest son has celiac disease. Which means he can not have gluten. Which is found in almost everything. So, when we found a great tasting cake for him at Trader Joe’s we bought it every week, because not only was it gluten-free it was tasty. An unusual combination, but to our dismay, they discontinued the cake.
Being his mother, I took up the challenge of creating him a tasty dessert, and I came up with these tasty Air Fryer Gluten-Free Brownies.
