Which is great because there are hundreds of ways to cook them. W The key to a great dish is spices, you need to use lots of different spices in your potato dish until you find one that you really like on potatoes. Experiment, find out what spice you like, and adapt it to any potato recipe.
Air Fryer Lemon and Rosemary Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds baby red potatoes
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons rosemary
Simple Directions:
- Start by preparing your potatoes, cut them in half.
- Then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- Finish cutting all of your potatoes and then place them into a bowl.
- Add your spices, oil and lemon juice, mix well.
- Then toss them into the air fryer basket.
- Set the time for 20 minutes at 400 degrees F, when you have about 10 minutes left, shake your basket.
After 20 minutes, check the potatoes to make sure that they are completely cooked through. If they are not, add a few minutes. - Remove from the basket, toss them into a serving bowl, plate, serve and enjoy!
