  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Lemon Juice

  1. Start by preparing your potatoes, cut them in half.
  2. Then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Finish cutting all of your potatoes and then place them into a bowl.
  4. Add your spices, oil, and lemon juice, mix well.
  5. Then toss them into the air fryer basket.
  6. Set the time for 20 minutes at 400 degrees F, when you have about 10 minutes left, shake your basket. After 20 minutes, check the potatoes to make sure that they are completely cooked through. If they are not, add a few minutes.
  7. Remove from the basket, toss them into a serving bowl, plate, serve and enjoy!
