There is nothing quite like a meat and potato meal. It is one of the most classic meals, you have in America. Today, I made a simple, Air Fryer Lemon and Rosemary Roasted Potatoes side dish.
Ingredients
1poundbaby potatoes, halved
2tablespoonsolive oil
1teaspoonminced garlic, to taste
2tablespoonslemon juice, Juice of 1 lemon
1tablespoonfresh rosemary, chopped
2teaspoonsChili powder, optional, adjust to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Start by washing and cutting your potatoes into even-sized pieces for consistent cooking.
In a mixing bowl, combine the potato pieces with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped fresh rosemary, and chili powder if desired. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to promote even browning.
The potatoes are done when they are golden brown and tender when pierced with a fork. You can adjust the cooking time based on your preferred level of crispiness.
