Description

There is nothing quite like a meat and potato meal. It is one of the most classic meals, you have in America. Today, I  made a simple, Air Fryer Lemon and Rosemary Roasted Potatoes side dish.

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Chili powder, optional, adjust to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Start by washing and cutting your potatoes into even-sized pieces for consistent cooking.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the potato pieces with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped fresh rosemary, and chili powder if desired. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  • Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to promote even browning.
  • The potatoes are done when they are golden brown and tender when pierced with a fork. You can adjust the cooking time based on your preferred level of crispiness.
