How To Make Air Fryer Mini Chocolate Bundt Cakes

Step 1: Mix the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl until evenly combined. Add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and hot water, then mix until the batter is smooth and fully blended.

Step 2: Generously spray your Bundt pan with olive oil, making sure to coat the corners well to prevent sticking. Pour in the batter, then place in the air fryer at 320°F and cook for 12–15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Air Fryer Mini Chocolate Bundt Cakes Recipe Tips
- For best results, use a mini Bundt Pan, which will get your air fryer cooked perfectly, every single time.
- Use room temperature eggs.
- Be careful to spray your pan generously with cooking spry. This way, it does not stick. You can also flour your pan, although I won’t find that necessary.
- Do not over mix the batter. Once it’s combined, stop mixing. Otherwise, you will end up with a dense cake.
- Let the cake cool completely before trying to remove it from the Bundt Cake Pan. Otherwise, it will stick, and it will break upon coming out of the pan.
- Let the cake completely cool before glazing or frosting the cake.
Storing, Freezing and Make Ahead Instructions
- Storing Instructions: Store leftover mini chocolate Bundt cakes in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. For longer freshness, refrigerate them for up to 5 days.
- Freezing Instructions: Wrap each cake tightly in plastic wrap and place in a freezer-safe bag or container. Freeze for up to 2 months and thaw at room temperature before serving.
- Make Ahead Instructions: You can prepare the batter ahead of time and store it covered in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Bake fresh when ready for the best texture and flavor.

Air Fryer Mini Chocolate Bundt Cakes Recipe Faqs
Can I make this recipe in a regular oven instead of an air fryer? Yes, bake at 350°F for about 18–22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Why are my mini bundt cakes dry? They may have been overbaked. Start checking a few minutes early since air fryers cook fast.
Do I need a special mini bundt pan for the air fryer? Yes, a heat-safe mini bundt pan that fits your air fryer basket is best for proper shape and even baking.
Can I use melted butter instead of vegetable oil? Yes, melted butter works, but the texture will be slightly richer and a bit denser.
How do I prevent sticking in the bundt pan? Generously grease every crevice with oil or nonstick spray before adding batter.
Can I add mix-ins like chocolate chips? Yes, chocolate chips, nuts, or even peanut butter swirls work great in the batter.
