Air Fryer Chocolate Cookie Cheesecake

Air Fryer Chocolate Cookie Cheesecake is amazing! This is one of my favorites if you are looking for a special air fryer dessert.

If you have been holding off making a cheesecake in the air fryer, I hope this recipe convinces you. Cheesecakes in the air fryer come out lightly, rich, fluffy, smooth, and creamy, everything you want in a cheesecake.

Best of all, I used crushed Oreos to create the perfect crust. It is the perfect addition to this cheesecake. You can never get enough chocolate in a dessert, right?

If you are looking for even more air fryer desserts, some of my favorites are AIR FRYER CHERRY CHEESECAKE EGG ROLLS, AIR FRYER LEMON MUG CAKE, AIR FRYER DEEP DISH BROWNIES, and AIR FRYER 7-UP CAKE.

Air Fryer Chocolate Cookie Cheesecake

This is one of the greatest desserts. Who doesn’t love a dessert that starts with crushed Oreos?

You will still get all of the same flavors of cheesecake. This time, I made a great and easy chocolate cheesecake filling.

How To Make Air Fryer Chocolate Cookie Cheesecake

Oreo Crust

Start by adding your Oreos to a food processor. Pulse until at the desired consistency. If you do not have a food processor, I usually add my Oreos to a Ziploc bag and use a rolling pin to crush them.

To the crumbled Oreos, add the butter, and mix well until the cookie mixture comes together.

Crust in prepared pan

Spray your baking pan with cooking spray, and then press the mixture firmly into the pan.

To Make The Chocolate Cheesecake Filling: In a large bowl, add the chocolate chips, and then microwave them until fully melted. I usually set the timer for 30 seconds and mix after each 30-second interval.

Then in another bowl, using a stand mixer or a hand mixer, mix the cream cheese until smooth, then add the powdered sugar, cornstarch, eggs, and pure vanilla extract. Fold in the melted chocolate. Mix well.

Spoon the batter onto the prepared cookie crust. Place the pan into the air fryer basket for 15-20 minutes at 300 degrees F, air fryer setting.

Place into the refrigerator for about 6-8 hours to chill. If you are in a hurry, you can also place it in the freezer for about an hour.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can You Make A Cheesecake Without A Springform Pan?

This is a great and easy recipe that you can easily change out a springform pan for a regular baking pan.

The key is to ensure that you spray it well or line it with parchment paper; this way, the cheesecake easily comes out.

What Does Cookie Cheesecake Taste Like?

If you have never eaten chocolate cheesecake, you will find that it has a distinctive taste, especially when combined with chocolate Oreos.

You will taste a sweet and tangy dessert filled with chocolate. It is easily one of the richest desserts I have ever made. I would serve it with homemade or store-bought whipped cream for a balanced flavor.

How Long Does Cheesecake Last In The Refrigerator?

This dessert does best when made and served in a day or so. Otherwise, you will find that it starts to break down.

This dessert does amazing frozen. If you want to make it ahead of time, this cheesecake will last for about 2 to 3 months. Just make sure to wrap it tightly in saran/plastic wrap. And then place it into a freezer bag.

How To Remove A Cheesecake From A Springform Pan

This is one of the best reasons to use a springform pan. If you use a springform pan, you can literally open the pan and remove it.

If you used a baking pan for the cheesecake, you would need to flip it onto a plate and then invert it to face up.

WHAT IS A NINJA FOODI?

A Ninja Foodi is popular this year because it combines a Pressure Cooker and an Air Fryer. It is very much like the new Instant Pot Lid. It changes the lid for each function, one for the Pressure Cooker and one for the Air Fryer.
