Instructions
Mix the 2 cups sugar1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, 3/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened), 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda, and 1 teaspoon kosher salt in a large bowl until evenly combined. Add the 2 large eggs1 cup milk1/2 cup vegetable oil2 teaspoons vanilla extract and 1 cup hot water then mix until the batter is smooth and fully blended.
Generously spray your bundt pan with olive oil, making sure to coat the corners well to prevent sticking.
Pour in the batter, then place in the air fryer at 320°F and cook for 12–15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
