Description

Air Fryer Mini Chocolate Bundt Cakes are rich, moist, and easy individual desserts made in minutes. Perfectly portioned chocolate cakes with a soft, fudgy texture and bakery-style flavor.

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup hot water

Instructions

  • Mix the 2 cups sugar 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, 3/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened), 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda, and 1 teaspoon kosher salt in a large bowl until evenly combined. Add the 2 large eggs 1 cup milk 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 teaspoons vanilla extract and 1 cup hot water then mix until the batter is smooth and fully blended.
  • Generously spray your bundt pan with olive oil, making sure to coat the corners well to prevent sticking.
  • Pour in the batter, then place in the air fryer at 320°F and cook for 12–15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
