How To Make Air Fryer Weight Watchers Red Potato Recipe

Step One: Start by preheating the air fryer to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting. Chop the potatoes into 4 pieces, which will make about 1 1/2 chunks.

Step Two: Add the diced potatoes to a re-sealable bag and the other ingredients and remove the potatoes around in there, so they are coated.

Step Three: Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil. Set cook time for 15-20 minutes, and serve immediately while they are hot.

Air Fryer Weight Watchers Red Potato Recipe Tips
- Even Pieces: Cut potatoes into uniform chunks so they cook evenly and get crispy on all sides.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Always preheat your air fryer to 400°F for optimal crispiness.
- Light Oil Spray: Use a light coating of olive oil or cooking spray to keep them crispy without adding too many calories.
- Shake or Toss Halfway: Shake the basket or toss the potatoes halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.
- Optional Seasoning: Add fresh herbs like rosemary, thyme, or parsley after cooking for extra flavor without calories.
Storing Instructions
- Refrigerator: Store cooled potatoes in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days.
- Reheating: Reheat in the air fryer at 375°F for 5–7 minutes to restore crispiness, or in the oven at 400°F for 10 minutes.
- Freezing: These potatoes are best fresh; freezing can make them mushy, but you can freeze them after fully cooking, then re-crisp in the air fryer.
