Description
There is nothing like starting your morning off with a piece of homemade Air Fryer Raspberry Lemon Bundt Cake, so easy and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients

- 3 cups Cake Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 Eggs
- 1 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt-Plain
- 1 cup Fresh Raspberries
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
- Optional: Powdered Sugar
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
- Mix in the eggs, vanilla extract, and yogurt.
- Add the cake flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix well.
- Fold in the raspberries and lemon zest.
- Spray your bundt pan with cooking spray.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Set the pan into the air fryer and set the temperature to 330 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
- Check and make sure the cake is fully cooked; the exact time will depend on your air fryer and the pan you use. (Thicker pans will take longer to cook than thinner pans)
- When the cake is cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!
Notes
Note: Depending on the size of the cake pan, you can either get one large one or 2 3 cup bundt cakes out of this recipe.
