How To Make Easy Air Fryer Peach Cobbler For Two

Step One: Brush the bottom of each ramekin with melted butter and sprinkle with ground cinnamon. In a small bowl, combine flour, sugar, milk, and baking powder, then pour the mixture evenly over the butter and cinnamon layer.

Step Two: Drain your canned peaches very well. Place them on top of the cobbler batter. Set the ramekins into the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer temperature to 320 degrees F for 12-15 minutes.
Step Three: Let the cobbler cool for a few minutes before serving. Top with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.

Easy Air Fryer Peach Cobbler For Two Recipe Tips
- Use ripe peaches: Fresh peaches work best, but well-drained canned peaches are perfect for convenience.
- Don’t overfill ramekins: Leave a little space to prevent the batter from overflowing while cooking.
- Adjust sweetness: Add a touch of extra sugar or cinnamon to suit your taste.
- Check doneness: The cobbler is ready when the top is set and lightly golden.
- Serve warm: Best enjoyed right out of the air fryer with whipped cream or ice cream for a cozy dessert experience.
Storing, Freezing and Reheating Instructions
- Storing Instructions: Store any leftover cobbler in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Keep the toppings separate if storing whipped cream or ice cream.
- Freezing Instructions: You can freeze the baked cobbler in an airtight container for up to 1 month. Thaw in the refrigerator before reheating to maintain texture.
- Reheating Instructions: Reheat individual ramekins in the air fryer at 300°F for 3–5 minutes until warm. Alternatively, microwave for 20–30 seconds, then top with fresh whipped cream or ice cream.

Easy Air Fryer Peach Cobbler For Two Recipe Faqs
Can I use fresh peaches instead of canned? Yes! Fresh, ripe peaches work beautifully and give the cobbler a naturally sweet, juicy flavor.
Do I need to peel the peaches? Peeling is optional. For a smoother texture, peel the peaches; leaving the skin adds extra color and nutrients.
Can I make this recipe for more than two servings? Absolutely. Simply multiply the ingredients and use larger ramekins or a small baking dish, adjusting the air fryer time as needed.
Can I use frozen peaches? Yes, but make sure they’re thawed and well-drained to prevent extra moisture in the batter.
How do I know when the cobbler is done? The cobbler is ready when the top is set, lightly golden, and the batter is cooked through.
Can I make this ahead of time? You can assemble the cobbler in ramekins ahead of time and refrigerate for a few hours before air frying.

I made this tonight and it was delicious! But I was unsure what size ramekin to use, they come in so many sizes. I used a 10 ounce, it looked done on the outside but was still not totally done on the inside. I returned it to the AF and cooked about 6 minutes more. What size dish did you use? Maybe mine was too small.
